Many people may think “why shouldn’t we kill a dictator and have him replaced by someone much less destructive?” The dictator may have someone standing by to take his place, So we must not take the risk of assassination because how do we know that the person taking the dictators place is going to be any less destructive?
Do you know how world war one started? The arch duke Franz Ferdinand, air to the Hungarian throne was assassinated, this started off a huge chain reaction of problems in all the countries around the world being the main reason why world war one started, this was the biggest war in the history of man and millions of lives were lost, assassinating a dictator may possibly cause the same thing. Do you want to be responsible for the death of millions?
There were many assassination attempts on Adolf Hitler one famous attempt where a time bomb was planted was placed in a meeting consisting of 7 nazi’s and Adolf Hitler in 1933, Munich. All seven nazi’s were killed and Adolf Hitler was on wounded. This assassination attempt would of only infuriated Hitler, encouraging him to seize his power even more. This assassination attempts may of sparked world war 2. A south Korean tried to poison Kim John Ill,'s son and failed due to an insufficient amount of poison and very speedy medical care. This is another failed assassination attempt, how would you feel if your son or your mum or dad was assassinated? How would you react if you were one of the most powerful man in the world?. You know where this is leaning and you would not want to risk failure.
World war one started because Franz Ferdinand was assassinated, world war two may of been sparked by many assassination attempts on Adolf Hitler before the war. Do you want to be responsible for world war three? With the nuclear power that these dictators have their hands on today, do you want to put the whole world in jeopardy? Do you want to be responsible for the death of millions? I hope you all now know the real and serious consequences of assassination.
