Is modeling and other similar activity receiving too much attention? Aren't their more important events that occur around the world where attention should be received?
Around the world there have been many fatal occurances, many in which people multiple people have died, Swept away by the forces of nature or killed by the brutality of man. Or on the brighter side; miracles that that occur once in a blue moon and forever remembered names that go down in history for marvelous achievements. Despite all of this people still find the latest fashion updates or celebrity gossip more attention seeking.
Recently we have faced the high magnitude earthquakes in New Zealand which have scarred or destroyed many of the lives which the earthquake left behind with it. The bonding of mankind has helped rebuild the lives of many of those that were struck by cyclone Yasi or drowned by the floods in the state of Queensland. Can you find a reason as to why fashion is more important than this? There is a war going on in Afghanistan right now, people around the world have died for the safety of their own country, Can you still find me a reason why you think celebrity gossip takes priority over this?
Some people need to get their priorities right. They need to start learning about the serious events that is shaping the world they we stand on what may happen that will effect their lives too. The world deserves the peoples attention.
